President / Agency Director
Carole has been involved in the kids’ talent industry since 1996 and has been integral in establishing Kamera Talent to be the leader in Canada’s youth talent management. Carole has had over 37 years industry experience, 34 of them as senior agent at Sutherland. She has seen it all and says every day is a new adventure!
Carole has a two artistic kids in post-secondary studies, a daughter finishing her Music Theatre diploma and a son working towards a BFA in contemporary art. When not at work, Carole loves to travel and spend time at her Bruce Peninsula cottage, but is also a keen Torontonian and sniffs out the most interesting urban things to do in the Six. She wanted to be Monica, but Marian and Jaimee got her first…so she is Joey from Friends “on a smart day”.
Marian has 19 years’ experience in the talent industry, making her one of the most influential and respected agents in Toronto. She is a graduate from the Humber Film and Television program with honours and started an independent film production company shortly after graduation. With her penchant for casting, she quickly recognized talent management was her passion and has managed youth talent specifically since 2007. Marian has guided Kamera Talent actors in productions from Toronto to Vancouver to Hollywood.
When she is not performing agent duties, she is immersed in her love of old black and white films together with her chef husband and young son. Marian says that the Oscars are her Superbowl…she relates to Monica from the show “Friends”…and loves art, books, hats and food, but not necessarily in that order. Marian says that there is nothing better in the world than the feeling she gets when her talent land the perfect part!
Jaimee’s industry experience started way back when she was 10 and was cast as an extra on the show DeGrassi. Hooked since then, Jaimee has transformed her love of acting into a passionate career as an agent. A youth talent agent since 2012, Jaimee has earned the trust and respect of talent, parents, casting agents and producers ever since. Her keen eye for talent has thrust many a career to their highest potential, both nationally and internationally.
Jaimee’s “Friends” personality is a cross between Monica and Rachel, which makes her adorable and efficient at the same time! She loves to binge watch Netflix, adores Christmas music and movies (starting in November!) and attending theatre productions, especially the Book of Mormon and Come from Away. Together with her partner Rob, Jaimee is mom to a dog named “Monkey”.
